"I stayed last weekend at the Silver Sands Gulf Beach Resort in Longboat Key, Florida and had a great time. We had an issue with our lock jamming up but the staff was awesome with handling the issue, hats off to Amy and Katy. I will recommend this place to all my friends and family who come to visit me here in Orlando and hopefully we will see you all soon!"

We have stayed at Silver Sands many times in the past and now the Cabana Beach Club - they are both maintained very well and are just beautiful. "Resort Vacation Accommodations [formerly ResortQuest Southwest Florida] has been our management company for over 5 years. We think the RVA team including Jeff Merckle, Bill Russell, Sandra St. Clair, Jodi Hartwell, Pete and cleaning crew, are outstanding. Our place is consistently clean including tidy kitchen drawers and towel closets, and ready to welcome our guests. Recently, we discovered a problem in our upstairs bath and Pete recommended an excellent contractor who was able to restore and improve our bathroom with tiled walk-in shower and new fixtures within less than 30 days. Our place was ready for the next set of guests. My husband and I feel the crew at Resort Vacation Accommodations give their greatest attention and response to the details so our guests can have the best vacations of their lives."
